Suggested use: For general purposes: 1/4 level teaspoon two or three times daily (1/4 tsp scoop enclosed). Athletics, body building: one-half to one level teaspoon twice daily and before workouts. Mull in mouth until fully saturated then swallow. Best on an empty stomach. Follow morning serving with a glass of water.
